Each year at St Pauls we hear of far off missions that we are supporting in prayer and finances. Every year some of our teenagers decide to take a gap year where they work at, or visit these missions. But how about taking a group of older teenagers from CYFA, to serve, to witness and to share their faith, this summer, in Africa? One of our mission supported groups is African Enterprise. They reach out with the message of God's love and reconciliation all over Africa. During a recent visit, I took time to meet with Stephen Lungu, International Director of AE. He proposed a number of trips which could stretch our young people, while giving them a 'safe' African experience. Malawi seems the best for our group needs. They would be sharing their own love of God, both practically and verbally. And the time we are proposing for this trip is ten days in August.
